A powerfully transcending retreat!! With 4 days and 3 nights in the snowy mountains of Sparenmoos we have lots of time to explore the depth and wonder of the masculine and feminine energies. This amazing venue has two dance rooms, a cuddle room, a sauna, and some amazing views just a short hiking distance away. You can expect lots of dance exercises that invoke your senses to explore the energies within, along with breathwork, meditations, rituals and sacred spaces.

You do not need experience of Zouk or Fusion dancing to attend this event, however some dance experience in any type of dance is required. Please reserve your ticket as early as possible in order to help us plan the event as best we can - And if you in a financially difficult situation at the moment please contact us and we can find a solution that works for everyone.

About Jonny - Jonny loves to create safe and powerfully-transcending spaces for people to break through their limitations and bring a fuller version of themselves to the world. His skill-set combines a mixture of classical yogic techniques for the heart, mind, body and tantric energy systems, as well as modern practices in embodiment, Zouk dance, music, mindfulness and breathwork. Jonny is a natural leader of groups and specialises in creating fun and honest spaces for authentic expression, growth and self-reflection.
